We are interested in this trip. We probably arriving on a Thurs morning, possibly staying at Hornsby Street. For free airport transfer, must it be with the hotels designated eg Type A hotels? To join this 5 day tour , where do we meet the your guide on Friday morning before the city tour? Can we bring our luggage along as we would not be checking in till end of the day of tour. At the end of the first day , will we be staying at Hampton Inn Richmond before going to the Rockies the next day?
With food if we go for the Type A hotel , how many meals would be covered?

This tour only offers airport pick up on the day of your tour start date.But if you book a pre hotel extension with us then we can offer the early airport pick up.
Generally the city tour can be arranged on the first day of the tour if you arrive in the morning before the mentioned time.
You can bring your luggage with you during your tour. Each guest is allowed to take 1 check-in and 1 carry on bag.
We cannot know which hotel you will stay now.
If you chose Type A hotel and select meal A option, it will cover full meals (3 breakfast, 4 lunch, 4 dinner,11 in total).

I tried to book 2 room: one with 2 adults, one with 2 adults and 1 child but it's impossible since the systems doesn't allow so. How can we book a triple room? Hello, how do I book for one (1) person double occupancy, so that I don't get charged for the single occupancy rate? Also, I would like to be picked up in Milpitas and dropped off in Milpitas. Your rates don't include meals, do they? Thanks a lot!

We are unable to accommodate the double occupancy price if you are a single passenger. In order to apply the double occupancy price, you will be required to have a travel companion traveling with you.
If you are unable to arrange a travel companion, the single occupancy price will apply.
No meals are included but your driver will arrange meal stops at various food courts/buffets where you can purchase your own meals.
