Will you be picking them up at that time? or should they wait near baggage claim till 9. What if they don't want the morning tour? Would they be transported straight to the hotel? (2) The best flight back home on day 5 is at 5.00 PM at Newark. Your itineray advises us to book after 19.00. What if we want to catch an earlier flight? Complimentary Airport Pick-up Time is at 9:00 & 16:00-21:00, if your flight arrives at 6:30AM, you have to wait at 9:00 for free pick-up. If you don't want the Morning tour, they can send you directly to the hotel, but most hotels check-in time is 3:00PM. 2. Tour will end around 6-7 PM, if your flight is at 5PM, we cannot drop-you off early to catch your flight, either you can self dismiss and self transfer to the airport to catch your flight.
