I intend to book this tour for my family on Aug 3 as my other family members have booked. I have some queries before booking:
1. Would my family be on the same tour that my brother and sister have booked?
2. Which day do we get to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side? Day 1 or 2?
3. How far is the hotel to the falls? Do I need to catch a cab?
4. Can I join "Journey Behind the Falls" instead of IMAX?
5. Can I have free time in Montreal on Day 3 as I would like to see Old Montreal and the Notre-Dame Basilica?
6. How much free time do we have on Day 4 before we leave?
7. Do we need to follow the group at dinner time?

If you book the same tour for the same day as your family members, simply leave a note on the reservation request section when placing your order online requesting to travel together with them in the same group by including their reservation number and this can be arranged for your reservation.
Sightseeing in the Canadian side of the Falls will be scheduled on Day 2. Hotel booked when in Niagara Falls will be about 5-15 minutes away from the Falls.
The Journey Behind the Falls will not be an offered attraction in Niagara Falls.
Any plans to sightsee independent of the group will need to be coordinated with the tour guide during the tour. You will have free time in Montreal for a little over an hour before heading back towards New York City.
You would be able to have some free time in the evening, but during the day, you would be at Thousand Islands and then you will be traveling to Ottawa.
Yes, you will be together as a group for meal stops. You don't have to eat at the same restaurants, but you will be having your meal stops together at the same time. Dinner stops may be arranged if options to have meals in the city or at the hotel and surrounding area are not available.

I´m looking at your travel overview for daytour to Cotswalds and understand that lunch is included in the price.
Teas and so forth one can drink quickly if one finds a place to visit on our stay in the villages. Is that correct?

This tour does include a fabulous two-course lunch in the Swan Hotel.
Then you will be taking a drive through charming villages before visiting Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold.
You will have some free time when visiting Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold where you may find a place for a quick tea break.

English Narration Option Available(during June-Sept. Monday and additional on 7/23/2017)
Does this mean that the English only tours only depart on Mondays? Because even when I select a different start day I can choose this option. So I don't understand what it means.

Hi, I understand that on Day 1 we will depart from San Francisco towards Los Angeles, and stay a night in Los Angeles. Within the trip, it possible for us to extend 1-2 nights in Los Angeles, and then resume joining the tour itinerary for Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4? (back to San Francisco by the end of the tour). This is a group tour with up to 50 travelers going out on a group depending on the departure date.
We do provide complimentary pick-up and drop-offs at one of the two locations listed below:
9:00 am Boston Quincy Market: 195 State St. Boston, MA 02109 United States
9:30 am In Front of Kam Man Market: 219 Quincy Ave Quincy, MA 02169 United States
The tour package does not include airport transfers.

We are interested in the france/Andorra/spain tour leaving from Barcelona tomorrow (Tues May 23) but are unsure whether there will be 3 or 4 in our group (one person is currently ill and doesn't know whether he will feel good enough). Is it possible to book for 3 people and then bring the 4th person with us if he is feeling well?

You are able to book the tour for initially for 3 people and later add the fourth person. Note that the request will be subject to availability and there will be a $30.00 fee plus any possible difference in fares charged for changes made to a reservation.

Yes, you can join the tour, but you will only attend it from the second day or the third day. And you will need to contact the guide to make your own wy to catch up with the tour group. But the tour price will remain the same if you forego any part of the tour.
