Dear Dinesh Ganotra, If you join the tour on July 31, you will end in New York on August 2. The tour will go to visit Niagara Falls first if you join on July 31, if you wish to fly out from Buffalo, you will need to forgo visiting D.C. and Philadelphia. Regrefully we will not be able to drop you off at the airport no matter in New York or Buffalo, you will need to arrange the transfer on your own. Thanks for your inquiry.
