We live in New York so we are jus interested in jumping on the bus when it leaves NYC to head to Philadelphia and the rest of the tour... it is possible to book without the NYC tour dates and just jump on Day 3?

So that's mean the tour is not guaranteed departure 100% . It could be cancel anytime if there are not enough 30 people registered??

We will close out dates about a month prior if the minimum requirement is not met by that time. The tour's scheduled travel dates may, on rare occasions cancel out due to minimum requirements not being met.

In regards to the hotel accommodation we do suggest for 2 rooms as the maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests regardless of age.
The mandatory fees are paid while you are on the tour and the fees will be paid to your tour guide as they will have the tickets to the attractions.

I am intersted in taking the "6-Day Vancouver, Victoria, Whistler & Canadian Rockies Summer Tour Package From Calgary (Product Code: 183-5785)", unfortunately due to travel timings, I am unable to take the specific English tour that operates every wednesday. ( i am planning on the 12th August 2017 tour x 4 pax). What language will the tour of the 12th August be in ? I only speak English other than my Indian language. Kindly advise as it owuld not be fruitful for us to take a tour in a language we do not understand.
