Our tour coaches are not usually equipped with a wheelchair lift or ramps. If the person with a disability can walk up and down the bus stairs and the wheelchair can be folded and stored in the bus trunk, there should not be any problem for the individual to join the tour.

we are a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids (2,10)), planning to visit NY in lat of week of july.
we want to take this bus-trip. We are from California.
I have few q:
1) what's the best place in NY to catch this trip from . Can we picked say from Airport? which one ? LGA,JFK,EWR...which ones near the pickup point.
2) Since we have a younger one (2yr) with us, i would like to know if the places we stay at night , do they have microwave-ovens e.t.c to heat the baby food e.t.c
3) is the room sufficient for 4 ppl to comfortably sleep?

1. This tour doesn't offer airport pick-up service, and it offers 2 pick-up locations in New York:
7:00AM, New York, Flushing, Asian Jewels Seafood Restaurant, 133-30 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354
8:00AM, New York, Chinatown (Manhattan NYC), 75 Chrystie St, New York, NY 10002
2. There should be no microwave-ovens in each room but if you have special request, you may talk to the hotel directly.
3. We can offer 2 double beds in each room and the room capacity would be 4 people, including children.
Please note that space for travelers 2 years and over will be priced per person for the tour package.

Arrival time back to Las Vegas on Day 7 will be at approximately 7:00 pm. It you need to fly out on the last day, please book any airfare departure from LAS no earlier than 11:00 pm.
You can also choose to end the tour in Salt Lake City on Day 7 booking a flight out of SLC.
Please inform us if you wish to end in Salt Lake City or Las Vegas by including a note in the reservation request section when placing your order online.
