Q: For the Tennessee tour, my pickup point is Acme Market and I would like my drop off point to be Acme Market as well. Is that possible? We are all seniors joining the tour, can you please book us in hotel ground floor rooms, no stairs pls. Is that possible? Can you assign us in seat 9,10,11,12 and 13,14,15,16 in all the tour dates ? 2017-08-05 20:14:14 Dear Leticia, Your pick up location will be the same as your drop off, unless it states otherwise. We are able to drop you off at Acme Market as well. Seats will be arranged in the order that reservations are made and will be provided to tour participants on the first day of the tour. Seats will be rotated daily during the tour. Please make a note in the "reservation request" section when you book the tour online that you wish to be in hotel ground floor rooms. We will be able to submit this request to the hotel department but we cannot guarantee it. Q: Hi I have a problems with my knees walking long distances or going up stairs can be hazardous for me. Would this be a problem I am happy to sit out of certain activities I understand this and am ok with this.I would just hate to get left sittting somewhere and be forgotten. Q: Hi we are an Australian couple and would like to go to Niagara with you on 23 September. We will be staying in First avenue between 12th and 13th streets. Could you please tell us: 1. What would be the closest pickup point we would need to get to and by what time 2. If it is intended to drive from buffalo to Canada by coach, do we need anything more than our passports?
