We are three - an elderly couple and 30 year old son who is physically and mentally challenged and will share room. Though 30 years of age, as for physical development he is like 15-17 year-old. We carry along son's light weight (aluminium frame) folding wheelchair. Need your clarification/confirmation on :
(1) Please confirm if adequate arrangement will be available for his boarding and alighting from the coach and any other help needed.
(2) We are strictly vegetarians, what facilities would be available for vegetarian food?

A foldable wheelchair is allowed on tour, it will be stored underneath the bus in the luggage compartment.
The guest should be able to get on and off the bus with your assistance.
Please leave a note in the reservation request comment section when making your reservation that a wheelchair will be brought on tour.
Each hotel room will be equipped with two double beds.
Our tour packages do not include meal accommodations, meal breaks will be arranged at hotels, various ethnic restaurants, food courts and fast food restaurants. Customers should check each meal location for its vegetarian options.

We send out updates on any changes on the tour. We rarely cancel unless weather conditions are extreme.

If guests arrive at the airport before 4:00pm, they may choose to join the optional Unionville night Tour or Yorkdale shopping tour, which must be booked in advance for better arrangement. Booking on the arrival day will not be accepted.
On average the tour time will be around 6:00PM, once confirmed we can provide the exact time.
On the last day of the tour you can self dismiss or the only dro poff we offer will be at Toronto Pearson Airport.

The motor coach buses do have a restroom on board, however please note that they are used for extreme emergencies, the tour guide will make stops every 2-3 hours. We do suggest guest to take advantage of tht restroom stop.

Im planning to avail of the tour No. 1093-20082687 (6-day tour) for my family (option: South Rim) in April 2018. We are 5 adults.
How much is total cost of the tour (so i can prepare for our budget), including all the mandatory (entrance, tip) for us 5. We plan to stay overnight in San Francisco (not joining the group that will go back to LA) for our California Zephyr trip to Chicago the next day.
Since San Francisco Bridge is part of the tour, are we given the time to take our family pictures with the SF Bridge as background, and some sites in Yosemite?
