Hi,
I have a couple of questions
- "Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour". - Does this mean that there are site-seeing fees which are mandatory. And if so can you list what are they and how much each would cost
- "The third guest joins the tour at a discounted rate (except applicable admission fees, mandatory tips, optional activities, and own expense items) on shared room basis." - Can you list the applicable admission fees and mandatory tips mentioned and denote whether it's part of the package fees.
Thanks,
Brandon

Thanks for your inquiry.
Guests are not allowed to use a City Pass during the tour.

Tour guides and drivers rely upon the service fees charged on the tour to supplement their income. The wages of tour guides and drivers are determined factoring in that they will receive service fees to augment their earnings. Please pay at least the recommended service fee because the tour guides and drivers work hard to accommodate many people on the tour.

Do you operate tours similar to this during January? I realise it is your winter period, but your calendar ends October 2017. We are planning a trip to Canada and USA departing Australia 27/11/2017, and returning 9/1/2018. We will be in the area from about 30/12/2017, and would like to organise a trip to include Calgary, Whistler, Banff, Lake Louise, and Vancouver. We will be coming from Halifax, but have not yet booked our flights, so can start a tour in either Calgary or Vancouver. We are a group of 3 adults.
Dear Frank,
Thanks for your inquiry.
The schedule for 2018 is not available yet, please have a check on our website later.
Also, within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

Hello there!
First of all, I would like to know if there are meals included along the trip?
Another question, the boat ride cruising along the St. Lawrence River, do we have to pay extra fee for that one?.
Next, you mention a lot of nice places I would like to visit. But I want to ask you if we get off the bus to take pictures at the places you mention or just at the places you say photo stop? For example, I am specially interested to take wonderful pictures at the botanical garden in Montreal, how long is the stop at that place?
Another question, the stadium at Montreal, dont´t we take a look (photo place) at it?
I am expecting to travel with two friends. At the hotel, do we get three single beds at the hotels?
Waiting for your answers.
Dear Mireya,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Breakfasts are included in the tour reservation. The Thousand Islands cruise will be available as an optional tour with the tour fee payable during the tour in cash to the tour guide.
Most of the sightseeing in the cities will done on foot, and sightseeing stops will range from 5 minutes to 1 hour or more depending on the popularity of the location.
The Olympic Stadium's observatory visit will also be an optional attraction made available during the tour:
- Olympic Stadium's Observatory : CAD$23.00/Adult; CAD$12.00/Child(12-); CAD$21.00/Senior(65+)
Each room booked for the tour will include 2 double beds.
Thank you.

Tom
