San Fr4ancisco. How far from your pick up point are these hotels? Can you collect us from the hotel if its on your way?

The distance from Grand Hotel Bush Street to the meeting point "Local Operator Office: 391 Sutter St., San Francisco, CA 94108" is about 0.4 miles, a 4 minute walk.
The distance from Majestic Hotel to this meeting point is 1 mile, about 21 minutes walking distance, 10 minutes drive.

We currently do not have the dates available for this tour yet for February. We cannot guarantee this tour will be operating that day.
You will stop and see everything that is listed in the itinerary.
We do not have the exact time of when you'll arrive at each location but the tour guide will have a more detailed schedule on the day of the tour.
The group will vary between 20-50 people on the tour bus.

I would like to book 6 days tour departure date from 8 April 2018 for 2 persons. The below is my question :-

We can not guarantee you for your vegetarian meals, however you can ask for your tour guide for the nearest restaurant that offers vegetarian foods.
We can not guarantee you that there is a hair dryer and a kettle in the room, however you can request from the hotel's front desk or the tour guide.
For hotel extension please leave a note in the reservation box upon booking so we can check it with our local office and give you a quotation.

We can not guarantee you for the upgrade of the hotel since this tour only offer a 6 night hotel accommodations at a 3 star hotel.
