hi team,
have following queries :
a) Is Denali Totem Inn covered in your list of Pickup list of hotels ?
b) Also can you confirm if in the trip you will also be providing drop back to hotel as it will be late in the return ?
c) is Dinner included in the tour and generally what is served for vegans ?
Dear Bhakti Shah,
Please note that the hotel you mentioned is not included in the pick up list since it is further away from fairbanks.
If you choose a hotel in fairbanks area, the hotel drop off service is also included due to late return.
This tour will also include meals. If you are looking for vegan food, please note that on the reservation request so that we can check the meal will offer you during your trip.
Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions
Best Regards,
Calvin

Questions:
1. I am a Seattle Resident, can I park my car at the hotel parking lot for free parking during the entire trip (7 days)?
2. Joining the tour by myself, can I have single occupancy room?
3. I have motion sickness problem, can I have the front row seat?
Dear LUCIA FUNG,
Hotel information is not confirmed yet. Unfortunately, there is no free parking information available yet. Once you get hotel contact information you are more than welcome to call them to see if they can arrange free parking.
We can arrange the single occupancy, but the rate will be higher please refer to our website for updated pricing.
Front row seats can be requested, but there is also an additional charge. Please also make a special request when making the reservation to see if the front rows are available.
