Q: I am from Ukraine and I’ll be in Washington. If I want to take 7 days tour with code 2-130, when I have to be in LAX? For example, I want to take dates 8-15 of August, so , first day 8 of August , check-in time in hotel 3.00 pm. Could I reserve flight with arrival after 3.00 pm? Q: Hi! I just booked our reservation. So for the supporting documentation, do we have to provide all of these... 1. A photocopy of the credit card holder's photo ID (valid photo ID includes US-issued Driver's License or US-issued Photo ID or National Passport with signature page) 2. A filled-out and dated Credit Card Holder Verification Form signed by the credit card holder. 3. A copy of the guest's passport if credit card holder is NOT one of the guests who will join the tour. Since my brother pay for our vacation and he wouldn't be joining us. And if we have to provide all these documents, is there anyway to cancel the trip since he's not comfortable providing his credit card verification form.
