Q: Hi! I just booked our reservation. So for the supporting documentation, do we have to provide all of these... 1. A photocopy of the credit card holder's photo ID (valid photo ID includes US-issued Driver's License or US-issued Photo ID or National Passport with signature page) 2. A filled-out and dated Credit Card Holder Verification Form signed by the credit card holder. 3. A copy of the guest's passport if credit card holder is NOT one of the guests who will join the tour. Since my brother pay for our vacation and he wouldn't be joining us. And if we have to provide all these documents, is there anyway to cancel the trip since he's not comfortable providing his credit card verification form. Q: Hello, I have questions as below. 1. Upon booking, do we need to full payment for the tour price? If it is not, when and how the payment will be made? Cash or Credit Card? 2. For the itinerary, apart from the destinations, is there any compulsory shopping stop/local product shops that we need to join with minimum expense? Hopefully NO this kind of forced shopping... 3. It is mentioned that meal is not included? May I know where we will have the breakfast/lunch/dinner? Roughly how much each meal cost based on the restaurants that you will bring us to? 4. For pickup at airport, it refers to which New York airport (the specific name)? 5.
