Hello, Just want to clarify a few things about the tour. If I book a tour on 08/23/18 when is going to be an arrival day back to New York at what time and where is going to be a drop-off point? Also how many bags are allowed on the tour and if I'll have an extra how much I will need to pay per bag? Regards,
