We (2 of us) are planning to take the tour on 30th June. We would want to take a bus from philly which leaves at 6:30 am & takes two hours(http://www.2000coach.com/philnewyorrt.html), dropping us at 88 E. Broadway St, Nyc. Thus, we would want to reach the Bowery st Station by 8:45am. Just wanted to know that if the tour bus would wait 10-15 mins (in case the bus from philly is running late or something)? Coz we wont to miss the tour in that case...

Hi, I will be arriving at JFK on the 26th of June, 2007 at about 12:45. Since the tour I am interested in starts on the 27th, can I be picked up and brought to a hotel for one night, and start the tour the following day? If not, what can be done, as I am flying from Bangkok and cannot find a flight for th 27th.
On the day of 26th of June, we can arrange you to stay at Sheraton hotel, EWR (128 Frontage Rd, Newark, NJ 07114, Tel: 973-690-5500) at a discount price of $135.00 per room per night. Since you will arrive at JFK, we advise you catch a cab to EWR. Meanwhile, airport shuttle should be also available for transfer between JFK and EWR. After you arrival at EWR, you can take a shuttle to hotel, that should be no cost to you.

Our transportation vehicle varies depending on sign-up for a specific tour or if you plan to join the tour in traveling season or not. Now during the midseason, we usually provide deluxe air-conditioned coach. If you have flexible time schedule, we will try to help you to arrange other vehicle, but we do not guarantee about this.

Tour coach is not usually equipped with chair lift or ramp. If the person can walk up/down the bus stairs and the wheelchair can be folded and stored in the bus trunk, there should not be any problem for the individual to join the tour.
