Q: (1) Hi, I would like to ask what are included in the price. Does it include entrance tickets of different spots? For example entrance tickets of Matthias Church, Heroes Square and so on. Do we have the chance to attend the opera or muscial band in Vienna? The most important question: does the price include the cable, maybe even cogwheel train in Switzerland? How about the expenses in Rhein fall? If all mentioned above are not included in price, could you pls list out the corresponding price? Thanks in advance. (2) Another problem is : can i change the routine? i don't plan to go to Frankfurt and back to Prague again, so could you pls arrange the transport from Titisee to Munich either by bus or by train? Q: This is a follow up question regarding the service fee for tour guide and driver. You answered my previous question with, "$6 minimum per day". My follow up question is, "does the driver and/or tour guide specify an exact amount or can we give any amount not below $6. Can you be kind enough also give us the fees we need to pay for the specific attractions as we go about the Los Angeles to San Francisco 3 day tour.
