Q: If you are unable to make the flight due to airport closure because of weather what is your policy on a refund or change in the itenarary? also if you do not want to go on the crazy horse tour is it ok to just visit the gift shops?? I have previously visited this site...thank you...please give answer asap...thank you

If this happens at the pick up airport we would cancel this tour all together, as in all the other guests, and the tour guide will not be able to make the tour also. But if you are worried about this happening where you are boarding the plane, we would recommend you to purchase the travel insurance. For this tour you will have to pay $40.00 for

This tour departs on Jan 2nd 2011. You should be able to join this tour on that date with no problem. We can help you arrange the pre/post-hotel extensions if you want, all you would have to do is to know that in the comment section when you are booking the tour. You may not have time to visit the Alcatraz on your own. The price would be $3,496 total if you have three people in three rooms and 4 in the fourth room, that is $268.92 per person.
