This tour does not offer an optional Alcatraz tour, but when you do visit Fisherman's Wharf on this tour, you can check with the tour guide to see if there is enough time for you to visit Alcatraz during that time. Please note that this time is subject to the tour itinerary, tour guide's planning, and other possibilities (traffic, weather conditions, etc).

For Day 1 of the tour, this tour offers complimentary airport transfer service from the LAX airport to the hotel between 8:30am-10:30pm. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
After your reservation has been confirmed, you can send us the flight information by e-mail or you can login to your account to input that information into your reservation.

We recommend that you book your tour as soon as all of your travel dates are set. This way we can secure your seats for your reservation as soon as possible. Many times our tours can become sold out. Tours that may show availablility online, can easily become sold out, depending on when the full payment for the reservation has been made.
Tour guides are not allowed to accept payment from customers that have not booked or had their seats confirmed for a tour. They only accept customers that have e-tickets to board the tour buses.

If you should purchase the Passes and they are not valid or accepted on tour, you will be subject to purchase the optional tours directly from the tour guide. The tour guide will have optional tour tickets available for our passengers on tour, so that passengers will not need to wait in line to purchase the tickets for the sights.

Mt. Tiitlis is not part of any optional tour because it will be inaccessible to tour buses. From what I see, the current tour you are asking the questions on should be the best match for you.
There are no tours that depart from paris that spends more days in Switzerland.
