Q: Hi, noticed there will be few hours' free time in San Francisco after Stanford University visit. Will there be optional tour to visit Alcatraz? Otherwise, if we wish to make our own arrangement, please advise appropriate time to be back at Pier 33 presumably, to gather with the group for return to Hotel. Thank you.

The tour does not include an Alcatraz tour. Free time is usually between 2:30-4:30pm. You can make your own arrangement. However, if you can't meet the tour group by 4:30pm, you have to self-transfer back to the hotel.

Q: Hi. If i buy 7Day tour (3pax) that starts from SF n ends in LA by the time the tour ends is late evening. To travel back to SF by shuttle the earliest is the next day at 10am at pickup pt.at Monterey Park. Q1. Correct?? Thats means after the tour ends we would need a place to spend the nite to take the shuttle back to SF the next morning. Q2. 1. The tour will start at 09:00 AM at the Place d'Italie (McDonalds Restaurant), 211 Boulevard Vincent Auriol, 75013 Paris, France
2. There will not be a complimentary pick-up from the CDG airport. You will need to self transfer yourself to the pick-up location at 9:00AM.
3. Generally you will arrive in Paris at or around 4-6PM (depending on traffic, road conditions, and other circumstances).

This is a bus tour so the only transportation is by bus. You can choose to end the tour in Cannes. The tour price will be the same, but you will miss the trip to Avignon.

The hotels usually include 2 double beds.The drive from Boston to Niagara falls is about an 8 hour drive.The arrival time will depend on traffic conditions for that day.
Niagara Falls to Toronto takes about 2 hours depending on traffic.The drop off will be in Quincy, about 8:30 pm.

I will have a group of 22 students (18-23 years old) participating in this tour and my questions are: 1- If I will need to put 2 students in each room (meaning 11 rooms in total) how can I book them as the website booking system doesn't book more than 6 rooms? 2- As far as payment is concerned, can I pay with different credit cards? And is there a possibility to have an invoice to pay via bank transfer? 1. When making your booking please book for the 6 rooms with 2 people each.
In the process of booking your tour there is a "Comment" section. Please provide the total amount of rooms
needed and how many people in each room. We will email you a Authorization Verification Form where you will also
indicate your number of passengers and number of rooms.
2. You will not be able to pay by multiple credit cards. You will have to pay by wire transfer or a bank deposit.
3. We offer a 5% discount for groups more than 10. There are no discounts for group leaders.
