The difference between these 2 tours is only the hotel accommodation standards.
Tour 46-2966 offers 3-3.5 star hotel accommodation, similar to a Holiday Inn or Ramada.
Tour 3-1477 offers 4 star hotel accommodation, similar to Hilton or Marriott.

The best way to split payments for a reservation is to use the PayPal option, as this will allow you to make as many payments as you would like with different cards for your reservation.

The seats are arranged by the order of the booking time, so please reserve it online as soon as possible to hold seats.
There will be a washing room in the tour bus for emergency use, while the driver will stop every one or two hours for you to go to the washing room along the way.
There will be San Francisco In-Depth Sightseeing optional Tour: $25.00 in the afternoon, if you are not willing to take it, you can arrange the time by yourself, please check the cruise with the tour guide when on tour.
