Q: Hi, We are thinking of joining this tour. Do you offer buy 2 and get 2 for free so we can bring the family with us? We would like to take our elderly mother who has a bit of mobility problem. Can we take a wheelchair on the bus with us? If we are joining this tour, we'd like to know the meeting point so we can book the night before in the same hotel. You can bring a foldable wheelchair but please inform us by including a note in the reservation request section if you plan to take one on tour. You are able to select one from two of the meeting points available: 8:15AM Renton Red Lion Hotel 1 S Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057 7:45AM Seattle China Town 502 S. King St. Seattle WA 98104 The drop-off locations would be arranged right back to the meeting points and we will not be able to arrange an airport transfer out after the tour. It will then calculate the total for all 3 guests. Note that the maximum occupancy per room is 2 guests. For your reservation, you have to option of booking 2 rooms. You can also initially book for 2 adults in one room, and we can add on your child to the room charging the additional child fare after adjustments are made. When placing your order online simply include the name and date of birth of the child traveler you wish to add to your room and we will make the necessary price adjustments when processing your reservation.
