The tour is not a guaranteed departure, that is true with all tours as there are times where emergencies happen or weather conditions become adverse.
Here are the hotel accommodations included:
2-night hotel accommodations in Reykjavik
3-night countryside hotel accommodations
Most hotel rooms do have the restroom within the room itself.
The tour group size will vary by the number of guest that will be booking for the same tour this is anywhere from 15 to 30 guests.

Hi, I'd like to book this tour but would not like 2 adults with one 13 year old split up into 2 rooms. Why is there no option to have one room for the three of us. 11 year or 13 year old does it really matter? Thank you

You can book two rooms for three of you.
We do have limited seats available on certain dates. We suggest you make your reservation now to secure your space on your desired departure date.

I want to book return air ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Zurich which is cheaper. Will there be transport to send us back to Zurich hotel from Lucerne at the end of the trip. We are a family of 4 adults.

Please note that each passenger is allowed to bring one medium-sized suitcase weighing no more than 50 pounds (23 kg) and one carry-on bag to join this tour. The average luggage size is no more than 62 inches when adding the width, length and height of your luggage piece.

I am planning to book the tour starting 1st July, for my family of three ( my wife, my self and a daughter of 10 yrs).
Can you help me with the following clarifications :-
a) What would be the total charge i need to pay.
b) We need only one Room, how can we book that.
c) When will we return back in Paris.
d) What are the duration of the buss Tavel and do people get altitude/ Travel sick while traveling in BUS.
e) Can i pay the booking amount by credit card, and are there any extra charges.
f) since the time duration is very long (more than 6 month), can i cancel the booking and get refund.

We do not have this tour available for July 1st. This tour is available for June 29th.
The price for one room with 2 adults and 1 child is $2532.84, as long as the child is 11 or younger on the day of the tour.
If you wish to make the reservation for 2 adults and one child, you would simply book for 2 adults and in the "Reservation Request" box, you can leave us a note letting us know that you would like to add one child under the age of 11 in the same room and we will adjust the price.
There is not tour arranged for the last day as it's just for departures. We provide airport drop off service between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The duration of the bus all depends on each location as it varies by cities and whether there is traffic or weather conditions.
You can make the booking by credit card online and it will give you the full amount you owe.
If you go on Package Excludes on the website, it shows all the fees that you would have to pay on the tour.
If you were to cancel the reservation, there will be a penalty.
Cancellation policy:
- Within 9 days of departure date: Non-refundable.
- 10-16 days prior to departure date: 50% of booking price will be charged.
- 17-29 days prior to departure date: 25% of booking price will be charged.
- 30 days or more prior to departure date: 10% of booking price will be charged.
