We have booked a day bus trip to Grand Canyon tomorrow July 20. I wonder if we can bring our small backpack and a cabin size suitcase with us, or should we leave them at our Luxor hotel? We're going to check out of the hotel tomorrow, too.

Due to the Department of Homeland Security's regulations of Hoover Dam, all bus tours are limited to carry-on luggage such as backpacks and duffle bags. All carry-on items must fit in the overhead compartment. Luggage cannot be stored in the compartments under the bus. Any other travel luggage needs to be left at your hotel.

Zao Fox Village
Visit the Adorable Furry Fox Village, where 100+ Domesticated Foxes Roam free, north of Tokyo and a great day and family trip that will hands-down be one of your most unforgettable days in Japan!
This morning we will drive north to Zao, stopping for beautiful countryside views and to take in the mountainous, village, and forest scenery of the ancient countryside of Japan. How long the trip depends on how much we stop to take in!
Arriving in Zao Fox Village and Forest, we will enjoy lunch before spending the afternoon hanging out with and enjoying our furry friends!
The Fox Forest and Village has several species of foxes that live and play in Zao. You need to follow the rules here but it is a beautiful and friendly atmosphere, and families make the long trip from all over Japan and the world to see the foxes!
Concluding the afternoon, we will start our trip back, and stop somewhere special for dinner (optional) in the countryside of Japan, before returning you to Oji station in the evening for your train trip back to the hotel.

I would like to book this tour for two adults and 2 kids aged 7 and 11. ( FOR 1 DEC - 2- DEC )
With regards to hotel room, a room with two doubles / 2 queen beds would be sufficient.
Also , I m thinkin of which hotel to book which is closet to Grayline.
There was also mention that you do pick up from some hotels?
Can u give me a list of the hotels near Grayline you pick up from?

I m planning a trip to Switzerland from 3 Aug to 9 Aug. And I will take a train from Marseille to Geneva. And I m interested to join the local tour for 5or 6 days. In the remarks, the ticket redemption
must be in the either Zurich or Geneva airport. But I will arrive in the Geneva train station. Do I need to go to the airport office and back to the train station? Please advise.

The following process will be under the Itinerary Day 1 segment of your tour page.
If arriving at Geneva Train Station, tickets MUST be redeemed at the airport information desk in either Zurich or Geneva. After which you may proceed back to the train station.

To redeem the train transfer, you must show your printed transfer validation at the international airport information desk in Zurich or Geneva during opening hours:
Visitor's Centre, Geneva Airport: Daily 7:00am - 11:00pm
Airport Information Service Centre, Zurich Airport: Daily 6:00am - 11:30pm
Upon showing your printed transfer validation at one of the information desks above, you will receive your complete travel kit including train tickets and hotel vouchers.
DO NOT wait for a driver at the airport! If you are arriving the same day, you must collect your luggage and proceed directly to one of the information desks listed above to collect your train ticket and hotel voucher, after which you may proceed to the train station to begin your incredible journey to Lucerne.

Or do I have to book another room?
2. As I am having a child with me, will the bus/coaches have washroom on board?
3. During bus traveling in itinerary of 7 day tour, how much time the halt will be provided?
I mean, does the bus has halt every 2 or 3 hours during travel from one city to another?

Yes, you may book 1 room together with your child and the bus will be equipped with a restroom on board. However, this restroom is used for emergency purposes only, as the tour guide will stop every 2-3 hours for a restroom and stretching breaks.
You do not stay on the bus the whole time you are on tour.
At major locations or areas on tour, you will have anywhere from 4-5 hours total sightseeing time.
For the locations listed as optional excursions, you will usually spend approximately 1-2 hours at these locations. At minor locations, we will stop for approximately 15-20 minutes. This time is sufficient for the tour guide to lead you to the best spots for photo opportunities while on tour.

We suggest you come back later to check our calendar of 2019. For our Europe tours, we suggest guests book at least 3 months in advance so we can secure seats for them.
