Dear Mak, You have to book flights from Cusco to Lima and from Lima to your home if you wish to fly out on the last day. We recommend you leave from Cusco at 11:00am. The upgrade price will depend on how many travelers you have in one room. Dear Michele, The tour vehicles are not equipped with a wheelchair lifts or ramps. It would be advisable that your brother take the tour with a co-traveler who will be able to assist with getting on and off the vehicle.
