Q:
I am paying all costs for 6 adults for the 6 day Yellowstone tour code 2-120. I am trying to figure out how much cash to bring since it appears that the credit card is not an option for this tour. I already know: fuel surcharge- $60 pp. Service fee for guide/driver- $8/pp/ day. I am in the dark as to what the optional tours: crazy horse, Devil's Tower, Great Salt Lake, and national park admissions will cost. Can they be paid via credit card? I do not want to have to bring an armored truck with me for all the cash!!

Q:
Hello, I am looking to make a reservation and had a few questions. - I plan to arrive in Denver the day before. Is it possible for us to know for sure which hotel/room type you will put us into on the first day? We could decide to stay in the same hotel the day before too and hopefully continue in the same room? - What time does the trips start in the morning each day (2nd-5th days)? - How much time do we get at each of the attractions for ourselves to go around and explore? - Does the bus have restroom facilities? - Does the bus have power outlets? - Is there someone we can call and talk to for further questions? thanks, Shreeni

Dear Suma, If hotel extension is needed, please leave us a note on the comment box section with the dates needed and once your reservation is confirmed along with the 1st night hotel, we will update you with a quotation and added it to your package. To avoid you missing the city tour on day 1, we recommend customers book the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver which is located near the airport. https://www.tours4fun.com/red-lion-hotel-denver-central.html On day 1 of the tour, you can meet your tour guide at the Budget Car Rental counter area located in the main lobby of the airport at 11:30 a.m. Each morning the tour will normally begin at about 6:00-7:00am depending on the attractions for the day. During this tour, you will have a chance to get off of the bus and sight see the attractions offered. You will only have a limited time of free time as there are other attractions on the schedule. There will be a restroom facility on the bus but used strictly for emergencies only, your tour guide will arrange rest breaks every 2-3 hours. The coach bus will not be equipped with power outlets. Please reply to this email or call us at 1-866-933-7368 (US&Canada), 1-626-389-8668 (International) (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) if you have further questions.
