Dear Sandra, This tour is conducted by a tour guide who speaks English and Chinese only, there is no audio headset for Spanish or another language. You are allowed to bring one medium size piece of luggage of up to 25 lbs per person and a small carry on. The Hoover Dam is only a pass by attraction, there won't be a stop there.
