Airfares or related transportation between your home and LA airport
All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals; however, you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges
Optional tours (Prices may vary due to different seasons and is subject to the final price on the box office.)

To answer your questions: as of right now we do not have any tours that are CONFIRMED yet; However as dates get closer to departure, that is when we will be able to give you a definite answer as to if our tours will be departing and if Yellowstone will be open for bus tours.

Unfortunately, the tour you are interested in and other similar tour departures do not begin until May 5th, as Yellowstone National Park and Mt. Rushmore close during the Winter months.
If you are able to extend your stay by one day, the May 5th departure on the following 6-day tour would end on May 10th:

Q: Hi, thanks for your reply regarding dates for next years 2-167 tour leaving from LV. We are thinking bout booking the tour that leaves on the 25th of August but can you tell me roughly what time the bus gets back into LV on the 6th night (8-30-12). On day 6, the bus will reach Las Vegas at around 8:00pm-8:30pm and this time may vary
depending on weather, road conditions and other factors.
Please leave a note in the "Comment Section" under "Easy Book" informing us that you want to end the tour on day 6.
Local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary.

This tour generally starts in May each year.
