Hi, there are 5 of us flying from Chicago to Denver on 18/5/14. We are interested on your 6 days Mt Rushmore & Yeollowstone tour but note that the earliest available date is on 20/5/14. I suppose the tour will be from 20/5 to 25/5/14. Is there any hotel you can recommend that is conveniently located in the city? What will be the additional charge?
Dear Eng,
We suggest you book your pre tour hotel extensions at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver - Stapleton North. For the amount of people in your group and duration of your stay, we have quoted an amount of $471.60. We appreciate your interest in booking with Tours4Fun.
Best Regards,
Jean

Can we ask to change the hotels used on the tour which are near the fremont / union city region to the hotels in city area which is convenient and easy for us to get publics transportation ?
Dear Lina,
We are afraid that the hotel cannot be changed to the location you mentioned. Typically the hotel specific information will not be confirmed until 24 hours prior to check in date. If you will not fly in to join the tour, we still recommend you to meet the guide at airport since the first night hotel will likely be outside of the downtown San Francisco area.
Best Regards,
Justin

We have four people. We will be arriving Las Vegas(LAS Airport) at night 7:30pm, so will we still be able to join the trip if we give up on the first day Las Vegas tour? Besides, our departing flight to Chicago is on May 21, 1:29pm, will you drop us around JAC Airport at the end of the trip instead of salt lake city.
Dear Josephine,
Thank you for your inquiry.
This tour does not provide airport pickup service as you will meet the group at MGM Grand Hotel at 2:00pm.
Please Note: If you forfeit the first day's itinerary, the tour cost will not be adjusted. Although we recommend staying with the group throughout the entire tour, if you wish to join the group at a different location, please leave us a clear note when making your reservation so that we can check with our local office to verify if this is possible.
Currently, we are unable to honor your request of Drop of at JAC Airport, as we can only provide drop off service at the Salt Lake
Best Regards,
Jeremy

For the optional tours, and those activities not included in the overall tour price, when and how do we pay for these? Also it mentions that you need to book the Yellowstone tours early, so do we have to do this through another company? If you could please clarify these that would be greatly appreciated.
Dear Courtney,
For any optional tour or admissions, you will need to purchase them on the day of the tour with your tour guide.
We recommend that you book in advance for our Yellowstone tours as they become sold out really quick due to it's popularity.
You will not need to book Yellowstone tours separately.

Jane

Tour code 2-167. My concern is that what time will we reach LA n at which point. I hv an intl flight to catch @ 1130pm n i need to check in by 830pm at LAX airport. How long does it take to get a cab fr yr drop off point n is it easily availabe?TQ
Dear Ben,
We usually get back to Los Angeles during 6:30pm-7:00pm but there may be 30-60min delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc.
If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m as this tour will provide LAX airport Drop off on the last day so a cab is not necessary.
Best Regards,
Jane

We are interested in doing your tour in June , 2014 but we are a retired couple and wondered if most of the people on your tour were young people. We get up early so getting up at 6 is no problem and we are reasonable fit. We would appreciate a reply so we can decide regarding making a booking.
Dear Geoff Sessions,
Thanks for your inquiry.
We have customers of all age groups, from infants to senior citizens. However, this tour will recommend customers be in good physical condition as there will be long distance drives from one attraction to the next.
Please consider this note before you make the reservation and of course, you are more than welcomed to join this tour.
Thank you very much.
Best Regards,
Enny
