Hi,
We are a couple interested in your tour package #2-5602.
I understand that this package has a "buy 2 get 1 free promotion" but there are only 2 of us. Are you able to give us a better price for the 2 tickets?
My additional questions are:
1. Is there a minimum number of travellers for the tour to depart? I need to be able to confirm the land tour before buying our air tickets.
2. I don't see any review for this tour package. I wonder if this is a new tour.
3. How's the weather like for travel during the period 19 - 29 Aug?
4. Is there any confirmed tour departing around this period?
Thanks
Jerry
Dear Jerry,
The buy 2 get 1 free promotion only applies if you have more than 2 travelers booked to 1 room.
There is a minimum number of travelers required for a tour to depart and after you book your tour we do take 24-72 hours to confirm the reservation for you. This tour is a very popular tour and we anticipate that all the dates set for the tour will depart as scheduled. This particular package was made available just this season, which is why there are no reviews for the tour at the moment.
The weather during the month of August is fairly warm but it may vary from city to city especially in San Francisco which offers cooler weather due to the city's proximity to the ocean.
The tour that you are interested in booking is confirmed after 2-3 days and in case of any changes we do offer alternatives. Please keep in mind that we do advise that you wait for your tour reservation confirmation before purchasing your flight to ensure confirmation. Also for extra protection on airfare, and any unexpected cancellations we do recommend travelers to consider purchasing insurance or travel protection.
Best Regards,
Tatiana

why is the mandatory fee to the grand canyon $80.00? When I checked the grand Canyon website the fee is only $6.00 to $8.00/ person only for commercial bus tour group of 26 or more people.
Dear Maribelle,
This tour is for Grand Canyon West and you were likely viewing information for the fees for entry to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The admission fees charged by the guide for the packages visiting the South Rim will only be $10.00 per person.

Hi, may I know is it possible to change the San Francisco's hotel to other hotel that is near to chinatown or union square which will be more easy to travel on day 1 ? thanks.
Dear customer,
We are not able to change the hotel accommodation, it will be about 30-40 minutes from downtown.
We suggest you meet the tour guide at the airport to get transferred to the hotel.
Best Regards,
Andy

Dear Viktoria,
Thanks for your inquiry.
We have customers of all age groups, from infants to senior citizens. However, this tour will recommend customers be in good physical condition as there will be long distance drives from one attraction to the next.

Hi,I'm just wondering on the Day 6 can we choose to stay at Las Vegas for another 1-2days(surely at our own cost) and catch the Day7 tour again after that stop-over?
cheers,
Claire
Dear Claire,
You may choose to stay longer in Las Vegas on day 6 but regretfully, if you decide to end in Las Vegas you will be responsible for your own transportation back to Los Angeles.

Jane

I plan to go the tour around Aug 27 to Sept 6, 2014.
However, I need help to get a female to share the room.
My questions:
1. What is the price for one person if you cannot get a person to share a room.
2. Could you help for finding a roomate? I don't mind to share a room with one or two female.
Thanks.
Martha

Dear Sirs,
I am travelling with a 73 years old senior citizen. We will arrive in Chicago on 13 Sep 2014. Plan to arrive in Denver on 16 Sep 2014 morning by Amtrak.
We are interested in your tour code 2-120 (6-Day Mt. Rushmore & Yellowstone Bus Tour Package (With Airport Transfer in DEN) at $488/person. I would like to know whether :
1) pick up could be arranged at Amtrak Train Station, Denver.
2) end our trip at Salt Lake City as I will be taking Amtrak to San Francisco.
Dear Wai Ling Ho,
On Day 1, the tour will only offer pickup from DEN airport at 11:30am, if you are late or arrive by train, you have to self-transfer to the tour hotel.
If you choose to end at Salt Lake City it means you will forgo the rest tour, and you have to self-dismiss at Salt Lake City with no revisions to the tour reservation price.
Best Regards,
Jeccy

My first question is whether the San Francisco city tour is free for local residents without airport pick up service or do we have to pay for it.
