I have a question. I am interested in this tour with my family (2 adults and 2 kids), but on Day 3 in the website - the picture for Yellowstone National Park is "optional". Does this mean, we will not be able to see all the sights on the Yellowstone National Park?

The tour will visit Yellowstone, although the admissions into the park is not included.
Please refer to our "pricing" section, there is a mandatory fee that will be paid on tour, which will cover the cost.

I would like to go Yellowstone and rushmore, last month I saw from your website, the departure date is July 17, but now depart on July 18. Do you still have the tour depart on July 17?

Regretfully this tour does not operate on July 17th. We have Yellowstone tours departing on July 17th however, these tours will not start and end in San Francisco.

My husband and I are interested in taking this 7 days bus tour (tour code: 6-192) from San Francisco. Is there still spaces available for 2 for departure on May30, June 6 or 13? If none of these dates are available, when is the earliest available date?

Currently, May 30th, June 6th and 13th are all open for booking. To place a reservation, kindly follow the steps located on the right side of the detailed tour page.
After steps 1-3 you can select to self dismiss in Las Vegas. Then, the system will automatically display our available meeting points.
We do not offer pick up directly from your hotel. Guest must self transfer to our pre-assigned locations.
Please keep in mind that all reservations are subject to final confirmation by email within one to two days.

The tour duration is long, and there will be quite a lot of walking involved especially when visiting the Arches National Park.
You are more than welcome to bring a foldable wheelchair, however, the tour bus is not equipped with wheelchair access.
We require guest to be able to board on and off the tour bus on their own as the tour guide and driver will be unable to assist.

Confused. Nowhere do I see or read what type of vehicle people travel in. Would like to see photos if possible. We are in our early 80s and do require a bit of pampering. Is this the tour for us?

Regretfully, we do not have any photos of the vehicles used for traveling but you will travel in an air-conditioned tour coach bus that seats about 45-55 passengers.
Please note, there will be quite of walking/hiking involved in the tour and we recommend you bring good hiking shoes.

Yellowstone entrance fee is included in the tour price.
Apart from the optional tour fees, you will also need pay a service fee for tour guide of $7.00 per day per person.
Meals are not included. The tour guide will arrange meal stops at various restaurants and buffets. Each guest is then responsible for purchasing their own meals.
