Q: WE ARE A FAMILY OF 4 FROM FLORIDA, WE WERE STARTING TO PLAN A TRIP ON OUR OWN TO VISIT NEW YORK AND PHILADELPHIA, BUT I RAN INTO THIS WEBSITE AND ARE BECOMING INTERESTED IN TOUR USNY23-625 ON DEC. 18-24. I READ ALL ABOUT THIS TOUR, ITINERARY, PRICING, REVIEWS & Q/A BUT STILL HAVE QUESTIONS. HOW MUCH MONEY SHOULD A FAMILY OF 4 NEED TO BUDGET FOR BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNERS? DO THE BUS TAKES US ALL TOGETHER TO THE RESTAURANTS FOR DINNER? WHAT ABOUT BREAKFASTS, ARE THEY INCLUDED AT THE HOTELS? WHAT ABOUT LUGGAGE, IS THERE A PARTICULAR AMOUNT OF BAGS/WEIGHT PER PERSON? 2010-01-28 10:08:52 Hi N HERNANDEZ: We often have lunch and dinner in fast food restaurants, food courts, buffet restaurants or Asian dining restaurants. Lunch time will be shorter than dinner. Time for lunch and dinner varies from 45 minutes to 1 hour or longer, depending on where we stay for the meal, the arrangements are made by the tour guide. The cost of each meal depends on what type of food you choose to purchase. Guests should prepare $20 USD to $30 USD for three meals per person per day. Breakfast is not included but you will always have the option to eat at the hotel before you depart for the tour. Please note that you will be responsible for those charges before hotel checkout. We recommend 2 pieces of standard sized baggage (maximum) for each passenger due to the load limitations of the tour coaches. Q: hi, I am planning to book 2 places for the USNY23-625 tour starting on 12 Aug '09. I will be reaching New York on 11th Aug around 11.30 pm and leaving on 19th Aug. Can my hotel booking be arranged starting on 11th and I will check out before 12 noon on 19th. I wanted to know if hotel arrangements will be done and how much will it cost me. 2009-07-21 17:43:34 Hi Ashish: We could offer you hotel extensions on the 11th and 18th night of your tour. The hotel we could offer to you is as follows: 1. Sheraton LGA Airport in Chinatown of Flushing: $235.00/night/room max. 4 adults (this hotel has no shuttle bus transportation) 2. Fairfield Inn by Marriot in Chinatown of Flushing: $140.00/night/room max. 4 adults (this hotel has shuttle bus transportation only from LGA to hotel) The tour bus will only pick up and drop off on the first day and last day of the tour from LGA, JFK, or EWR airports. Your 15 year old child will be priced as an adult when booking. This tour is a packaged tour and we do not offer any discounts of tour prices should customers self depart from tours before they end. You are welcome to self depart from the tour in advanced. When boarding the tour bus, please make sure to notify the tour guide of your plans and he will inform you of the possible self departure points for your group. The current price of the tour will be: $2,799.00 Double $600.00 Triple $533.00 We allow only 2 pieces of luggage per passenger as the bus has over 50 passengers traveling with their baggage. 2009-04-07 11:54:45 Hi Thirapong: 1.The pick up times listed on our webpage are the only ones available for this tour. We will not be able to provide any pick ups between 10:30 am - 3:00 pm. 2. We do not have any hotels that offer airport shuttle service to any of the airports. 3. We do not offer any Broadway shows with our tour. Please view the Package Excludes section for optional tours available to join while on tour. 4. Please note that we currently allow only 2 medium sized bags per person travelling on tour. 5.
