Q: I will arrive earlier in LA but for Day one of this tour can I meet your tour guide at Domestic arrivals? At the end day of the tour, what time will the bus arrive at LAX?

Yes, if you are arriving earlier than the tour departure date, you can choose the time at LAX to be picked up for your tour departure.
When you make your reservation online, please leave a note in the comment section as to what time you would like pickup service at LAX on the first day of the tour.
We will confirm your pickup time and location with your tour guide.
The approximate arrival time to Los Angeles at the end of the tour is between 6-6:30pm.
However, please review the following regarding flights departing LAX on the last day of the tour:
If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m. We can assist you in reservation of a room at a hotel near LAX. You may request for a free hotel shuttle service to reach LAX the following morning.

Complimentary airport pickup is only available on the first day of the tour.

The Comfort Inn Cockatoo is currently $89.00 per room, per night. This hotel offers free shuttle service to and from LAX airport.
When you arrive at LAX, you can take the hotel shuttle to the Comfort Inn Cockatoo.
When you check-out of the hotel, you can use the hotel shuttle service to return to LAX for pickup from your tour guide for the transfer to the first night's hotel for the 8-day West Coast tour you are interested in.
Alternatively, you can choose to stay at the Howard Johnson. However, for early pickup at LAX, there is a $30.00 transfer fee per person.

We recommend to all of our customers not to make flight arrangements before
the confirmation of their tour. If for some reason your tour can not be confirmed,

If the last day tours do not use the transfer to the airport rather than stay another two days in LA, whether the transfer can then take or fail and have to re-pay the trasfer 2. 1. Your transfer to the airport is included. You will be dropped of at the Los Angeles airport and you can self transfer
to your hotel from there. The tour only offers drop off at the airport the last day.

Most of the west coast tour packages do not include a LA city tour. In general, guests who would like to take a LA city tour always either arrive in LA earlier or leave LA later to be able to take a 1-day LA city tour.
This tour does not include a Los Angeles city tour, neither. If you really like to book this tour package, you can arrive in Los Angeles one day earlier, and take a 1-day LA city tour on the first day of the tour. Day 1 of this tour is a transfer day. There are no activities being offered. After the 1-day LA city tour, you can self transfer to the tour's first night hotel to meet your tour. The first night hotel (name, address, and phone number) will be on your E-ticket.
Or, you can choose to stay in Los Angeles for one more day after your tour to take a 1-day LA city tour.
If you need a extra night hotel accommodation before/after your tour, you can send us your request in the "Comment" section when you make your reservation. We will be happy to assist your request.

Transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm.
Or you can self transfer to the 1st night hotel.

If you do not need a transfer to the hotel from the airport on the first day, you may self transfer to the first nights hotel.
Your first nights hotel information will be given to you when your tour is confirmed.
Check in time is at 3:00pm. The tour guide must be with you at check in. If you arrive before the tour guide, you will have free time until he/she
reaches the hotel.
