Xel-ha is known as one of the best and biggest natural attractions of Mexico. It may be the world's biggest natural aquarium, where visitors can spend hours of fun and adventure with amazing colorful fish in its crystal-clear waters. It is one of the most exciting experiences to live while you visit Cancun. Here, you will enjoy lunch at an open bar, and you will have the opportunity to swim in one of the largest natural aquariums in all over the world. If snorkeling is your passion, this is the place for you! Find yourself surrounded by hundreds of rainbow-color fishes, stingrays, and turtles that have made Xel- Ha their home and immerse yourself in this fascinating world! If visitors cannot finish the tour because of personal reason, the tour fee is not refundable.
In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers, and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.
The itinerary is mostly water sports. Visitors are advised to prepare swimming suits, bath towels and suitable equipment in advance.

Cancun has a tropical marine climate with mosquitoes, so please bring your own anti-mosquito potion.
XEL-HA Park is open Tuesday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Tickets for children under 5 are free. (Guests who are under 5 years old and children are required to show relevant proof).
ID cards must be presented for children under 1.40 metres but under 12 years of age to prove their age.
It is strongly recommended that you arrive at the designated meeting place on time. If you are late for the trip, the company will not be responsible for any economic losses.
