- Cancun has a tropical marine climate and is infested with mosquitoes. Please bring your own effective mosquito repellent.
- XEL-HA Park opening hours: Monday to Sunday 08:30-18:00.
- It is strongly recommended that you arrive at the designated meeting point on time. The company will not be responsible for any financial losses that may be caused by guests being late and unable to participate in the tour.
- Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.
- The itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather.
