For cancelations or changing within 12 days of the tour date, no refund will be given.
Cancellation or change more than 13 days before departure, 70% of the fee will be refunded.

- This tour requires you to bring a photo ID, such as a foreign passport with an American visa, or an American driver’s license.
- The ID name of each guest should be provide, if you purchase a child ticket, please provide the child's date of birth when placing an order
- You will receive an electronic confirmation slip within 3 to 7 working days prior to your departure date. You will go to the ticket collection point with this slip and your valid id to redeem your boat ticket.
