  • Cancellation Made Within 16 days prior to departure, No Refund
  • Cancellation Made Within 17 days to 33 days prior to departure, Refund 40% of total purchase amount
  • Cancellation Made 34 or more days prior to departure, Refund 85% of total purchase amount
- Additional fees, including but not limited to associated credit card or wire transfer service charges, will be applied to any cancellation or amendment request.
- Cancellation policy will be applied to below modifications: reducing the number of travelers, and changing; optional admissions & group meal purchase, as well as amending extended hotel stay.
- Modification is subject to availability. We reserve the final right of the amendment.

  • Please be ready at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the pick-up time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please meet us at the next pick-up location. Should there be any concerns, please contact us. 
  • Please leave us message while submitting your booking if any special bedding request. We will try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee.
  • For customer who book the extended stay at Calgary Airport Area, if no flight information was provided, guests might have to book the shuttle with hotel front desk when checking in (Subject to availability).
  • According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls… ets.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of passenger's own cost.
  • Suggest to bring toiletries since North America Hotels usually do not provide such amenities.
  • Aside from admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees mentioned above, other fees and taxes should be paid in CAD currency by. If you choose to pay in USD currency, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.
  • Hotel arrangement is subject to change due to different departure date.
  • We recommends you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance immediately upon booking as a measure of an extra protection.
  • We have put forth all necessary efforts to ensure that, at all times of publication, all descriptions in the present brochure are exact. We reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or change the tour and/or hotel accommodation. Any loss or additional expenses incurred shall be bound by the participant. 
  • We shall not be liable for failure in the performance of its obligations for any loss or damage resulting from any delay, cancellations, loss of personal belongings, illness, bodily injury, accident, death, deterioration of services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or frustration (either mental or physical), attributable to a fault, negligent act or omission by a provider or any employee thereof.Each agency has various regulations; it is responsible for passengers, and in case of accidental casualties or property damage, it should be resolved in accordance with the safety regulations established by various agencies, 
  • One piece of checked luggage & one piece of carryon luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person.
  • Each passenger is allowed 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on. Extra baggage is subject to an additional fee.
  • Should there be any itinerary details/price discrepancies from our website, the company's invoice will be considered as the final confirmation.
  • We highly recommend to check the weather forecast before your arrival because the temperature in the Rocky Mountains can drop dramatically at night.
  • Suggest to bring the warm coat and anti-slippery shoes.
  • Suggest to bring sunscreen and sun protection products due to high UV index in Canada. 

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.

Transport arrangements were efficient and on time, which made the whole trip worry-free. The hotel was fine, though the rooms were a bit smaller than I expected. Still, great way to enjoy skiing with minimal fuss.

Really enjoyed the itinerary — plenty of ski opportunities and free time to explore the resort town. The staff on site were friendly and helpful. My only tiny note is I wished there were a couple more recommended local eateries by the guide.

Accommodation was fine and centrally located, but the itinerary felt a bit light if you want lots included — most of the fun activities depend on optional bookings or resort passes.

Hotel check-in support and transfers were well organized. Great to have free time to explore Banff town on our own — scenic walks and cozy cafés made the evenings memorable.
