Your vacation is up to you! Your family and friends can freely choose to participate in a variety of exciting and interesting activities, Stroll along the forest and lakeside paths and visit various museums. Or take a leisurely stroll around the town to give a little respite from the busy daily life.

Mt. Norquay Ski Resort – Enjoy skiing or snow play just about a 10-minute drive from Banff town. A shuttle service is available between Banff town and the resort.
Banff Sunshine Ski Resort – Experience skiing or snow fun about a 15-minute drive from Banff town. A shuttle service is provided between Banff town and the resort.
Cave and Basin: The Cave and Basin National Historic Site of Canada is located in the town of Banff, Alberta, within the Canadian Rocky Mountains, at the site of natural thermal mineral springs around which Canada's first national park, Banff National Park, was established.
Public Sleigh Ride: Enjoy a magical horse-drawn sleigh ride through Banff's snowy meadows, surrounded by stunning mountain views and the peaceful beauty of winter. This charming experience is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to embrace the wonder of the Rockies. (Reservation is required)
Banff Gondola: The Banff Gondola offers a thrilling ride to the summit of Sulphur Mountain in Banff National Park, providing visitors with panoramic views of the stunning Canadian Rockies. It takes you from the base to an elevation of 2,281 meters (7,486 feet), where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking vistas of Banff town, Lake Louise, and the surrounding mountain peaks. (Reservation is required)
Banff Norquay Tube Park: Race down Alberta's longest tubing lanes on an inflatable tube and ride the magic-carpet lift back up for more fun. (At your own cost)

Time limit for providing flight information:

Kindly submit your flight details at least 7 days in advance of the group joining date. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful arrangement of the transfer service.

Own Expenses

All mandatory fees must be paid in cash to the tour guide and tickets cannot be pre-purchased separately. Any optional activities you wish to join must be paid to your tour guide in cash.

Cancellation Made Within 16 days prior to departure, No Refund
Cancellation Made Within 17 days to 33 days prior to departure, Refund 40% of total purchase amount
Cancellation Made 34 or more days prior to departure, Refund 85% of total purchase amount

- Additional fees, including but not limited to associated credit card or wire transfer service charges, will be applied to any cancellation or amendment request.
- Cancellation policy will be applied to below modifications: reducing the number of travelers, and changing; optional admissions & group meal purchase, as well as amending extended hotel stay.
- Modification is subject to availability. We reserve the final right of the amendment.

All departure dates require reconfirmation.
Please be ready at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the pick-up time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please meet us at the next pick-up location. Should there be any concerns, please contact us.
Please leave us message while submitting your booking if any special bedding request. We will try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee.
For customer who book the extended stay at Calgary Airport Area, if no flight information was provided, guests might have to book the shuttle with hotel front desk when checking in (Subject to availability).
According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls… ets.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of passenger's own cost.
Suggest to bring toiletries since North America Hotels usually do not provide such amenities.
Aside from admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees mentioned above, other fees and taxes should be paid in CAD currency by. If you choose to pay in USD currency, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.

We recommends you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance immediately upon booking as a measure of an extra protection.

One piece of checked luggage & one piece of carryon luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person.
Each passenger is allowed 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on. Extra baggage is subject to an additional fee.
Should there be any itinerary details/price discrepancies from our website, the company's invoice will be considered as the final confirmation.
We highly recommend to check the weather forecast before your arrival because the temperature in the Rocky Mountains can drop dramatically at night.
Suggest to bring the warm coat and anti-slippery shoes.
Suggest to bring sunscreen and sun protection products due to high UV index in Canada.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
