This tour operates as a shared group experience. To keep everything running smoothly, you may be transferred to a different vehicle or guided by different staff at times, but the service quality and itinerary will remain the same.
Please arrive at the meeting point on time. As this tour is non-refundable and non-transferable, missing the departure for personal reasons may result in a loss.
For everyone’s safety and a smooth schedule, leaving the group early or midway is not allowed. If you choose to leave on your own, the remaining itinerary will be considered forfeited.
During busy seasons or special situations, departure times may be adjusted slightly. Your guide will keep you updated—thank you for your understanding.
Weather, traffic, or other conditions may require small adjustments to the order of sightseeing. All planned attractions will still be included whenever possible.
Meals are not included, so you are free to choose what to eat during the trip. Please note that some restaurants may not allow outside food.

You may encounter privately operated venues without official business credentials. For your safety, please be cautious before participating or making purchases.
Traffic, weather, holidays, and crowd levels can affect arrival times. According to Japanese law, drivers may not work more than 10 hours per day. To ensure everyone's safety, the itinerary may be adjusted in real time. This may include shorter stops or canceling certain attractions when necessary.
If such situations or other force majeure events occur, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please understand that refunds cannot be issued in these cases, as safety and smooth tour operations must come first.

Respect local customs, dining habits, and cultural practices.
Check official travel safety alerts before and during your trip.
Keep valuables secure; avoid displaying cash in public.
Adventure activities (swimming, skiing, diving, etc.) involve risks—join carefully and follow safety instructions.
Avoid long soaking in hot springs; guests with health conditions should not bathe.
Follow airline regulations for carrying lithium batteries.
China duty-free limits: up to RMB 5,000 for overseas purchases; RMB 8,000 total including airport duty-free.
Prohibited items for China entry include bird’s nest, fresh produce, animal medicines, GMO materials; avoid ivory or endangered wildlife products.
