After purchase, you will receive an email containing your eSIM QR code. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Follow the instructions in the email and scan the QR code to connect the eSIM to your phone.
Make sure both “Mobile Data” and “Data Roaming” are turned on.
*Do not delete your eSIM profile. It can only be scanned once and cannot be reconnected.
*If you change your device, you will need to purchase a new eSIM. Any remaining data balance cannot be transferred.
*The plan is valid from the selected start date. By default, it begins on the purchase date, but you can change it by selecting a different start date. If you need to modify the start date,
please contact us.
*After purchase, your country/region plan will be displayed under the “Balance” and “Your SIM Card” sections in the app. You can track your actual data usage there, but please note that the number shown is rounded and not exact. Once the plan expires, it will no longer appear in the app.
*If excessive data is used in a short time, the system may temporarily reduce your network speed to prevent unexpected balance depletion. If high usage continues, this restriction may remain in effect. Please avoid prolonged video streaming, online gaming, and Wi-Fi tethering.
