Booking Conditions

Land Payments: For all bookings, a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per person is required to confirm land services. In special cases a larger deposit may be required. Confirmation of hotel space and ground services will not be requested until the deposit has been received. Deposit amount will be applied towards the final invoice. Alternate properties will be offered in the event the quoted hotel is not available. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Late payments may result in cancellation or a late payment fee of $50.00 per traveler. Bookings require a minimum of services, including hotels and ground services. Programs are sold as a package only and no price breakdown will be provided. One re-quote or estimate will be provided free of charge.
Air Payments: Air pricing is subject to change until paid in full. Carrier terms and conditions apply. Once your air schedule is confirmed, any alterations risk the loss of air space and/or increased airfares. Tours4Fun does not hold block space on any airline and does not guarantee air availability.
Cancellations and Penalties: Cancellations must be made by completing and signing the Tours4Fun Cancellation Request Form. Please download Cancellation Request Form here. Should a traveler sharing a room cancel, the remaining traveler(s) will be charged for a single room. In addition to the cancellation schedule below, any non-refundable deposits paid on behalf of travelers will not be returned.

Internal air and some elements in custom built tours (event tickets etc.) are non-refundable and will be charged in addition to the above cancellation fees.
Change fees: Changes made after deposit has been received are subject to a $50.00 fee by Tours4Fun for all permitted changes made prior to receipt of final payment and issuance of documents. Changes made after documents have been issued are subject to a $50.00 per person fee. It is the traveler's responsibility to make sure that the confirmed itinerary is correct. Within 30 days of departure all itineraries are considered finalized, and no changes will be made. Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellations will be at the expense of the traveler.
Tour Inclusions and Exclusions: All accommodations, hotel taxes, arrival and departure transfers, transport with bottled water, English speaking guides, sightseeing, excursions and meals with water/soft drinks as stated in your tour itinerary are all included in the cost of your tour.
The following items are not included in your tour cost: Travel insurance, tips, alcohol, excess baggage charges, personal expenses, visa and border charges.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend you purchase a travel insurance plan. Please click this link for Travel Insurance Information.
Claims and Refunds: Anything not specifically mentioned as included is at traveler's own expense. In the unlikely event of problems with a hotel, transfer, tour or other services, immediately contact the manager of the hotel or the supplier to resolve the matter on the spot. If further assistance is needed, contact your Tours4fun specialist. Little can be rectified after the fact, so it is very important to address all problems at the time of occurrence. No refunds will be made in the event of "no show" or trip interruption. Claims must be made in writing and within 30 days of tour completion.
Forms of Payment: Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Cash Deposit.
Passports and Visas: All travelers must be in possession of a valid passport and are responsible for any required visas.
