The United States Mint Headquarters are located in Washington, D.C. and the building contains a gift shop. In addition to that location, the government agency has one depository and four production facilities. The Coinage Act of 1792 created the U.S. Mint. Tours are only conducted at the Philadelphia and Denver facilities.
