The Fox Theatre

The self-proclaimed longest running theater in Canada, the Fox Theatre premiered in Toronto's Beach neighborhood in 1913 without an official name. It was called the Pastime Theatre briefly before its name was changed to Prince Edward in honor of the Prince of Wales in 1914. Today the Fox Theatre features current movies with a little nostalgia from light-up signs, retro decor and an old-fashioned popcorn machine.
