This iconic establishment in Hanalei on Kauai started more than 50 years ago when United States Air Force Lt. Colonel Bruce Marston of California and his new wife Louise of Tahiti moved to the Hawaiian island to start a diner. Tahiti Nui Restaurant & Lounge is now run by their son Christian and offers nightly Hawaiian entertainment, a Luau Night and menu of island food. It is known for its Mai Tai cocktails.
