Pelican Harbor Seabird Station
This Miami nonprofit aviary began in 1980 helping wounded brown pelicans and has grown throughout the years to aid all native animals. Pelican Harbor Seabird Station visitors can see pelicans, osprey, herons and killdeers while learning about the rescue and rehabilitation efforts of the facility. Most of the bird injuries the station treats are caused by fishing tackle.
