Palacio del Senado
What began as a convent school in 1590 is now the headquarters of Spain’s upper house of Parliament, and was given a Neoclassical façade in the 1800s. The Palacio del Senado, or Senate Building, can be found in the Plaza de la Marina Espanola, not far from the Royal Palace, and within walking distance of Plaza de Espana.
