Discover the world's first national park with Tours4fun Adventures. Explore off the beaten path to truly understand Yellowstone National Park. Embark on a tour of discovery to see firsthand the geological wonders and the multitude of wildlife that Yellowstone National Park has to offer. Our experienced guides with their local knowledge will take you to the wildlife hotspots to observe and photograph the abundant wildlife. We have installed safari style roof hatches in our vehicles for the ease of viewing the wildlife. You will view Old Faithful and some of the other 10,000 thermal features of the park. Viewing and understanding geysers, hot springs, mud pots, and fumaroles (steam vents) bring one back in time to the creation of the world. Depending on interests we will take short hikes on easy terrain and boardwalks to explore the small living wonders of the Yellowstone area. It is our mission to connect you to this breathtaking area and to leave a lasting impression on you and your family.

We will depart the town of Jackson close to sunrise to take advantage of the early morning light, to observe the animals during one of their more active times of the day. Traveling north through Yellowstone we have many options for destinations. Old Faithful and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone are two options that are popular. We can see both in a day if desired. An exceptional lunch is included in this tour. Animals that abound here and that are observed during many of our guided tours in Yellowstone National park include moose, elk, bison, mule deer, wolves, black bears, grizzly bears, bald eagles, and trumpeter swans just to name a few. Topics of conversation on our tours include animal behavior, animal adaptations, geology of the area, and cultural history of this special place to name a few.

These tours are usually offered May-October, depending on road conditions or closures. Please call to check availability.

A great experience in Jackson Hole

Our guide was Sara and she was great. We had an all day tour of Yellowstone (12 hours). Sara showed us hot springs, Old Faithful (where we had a great lunch at the lodge), Yellowstone Lake (and some amazing falls with an Osprey nest), expla...ined so much about the history of the area, wildlife, plants, geysers, more than I can recall. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour and area in general. We saw many types of birds, plants, flowers, bald eagles, a bison, elk and antelope - Sara made sure we didn't miss a thing. There were healthy snacks, binoculars to use and everything we could possibly need for a wonderful nature-filled day. tours4fun really is environmentally aware, they walk the walk and strive to improve the community in which they serve, even a bio-diesel vehicle. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in learning more about nature from outstanding professionals who know how to pack a day with fun and a real learning experience. Read full review

A great time! Definitely worth it!

My husband and I took a tour of the lower loop of Yellowstone in early September. We had a fabulous time! Matt really knew his stuff and we learned and saw a lot! We would like to come back and would use this service again. Matt kept on schedule without seeming like we were on a schedule and was really funny. There is no way we could have seen everything if it were not for him - we would have stopped at every little thing and not been able to see everything we wanted to see! He also made sure we were never in harm's way and told us how to be prepared if we were to venture out on our own. This tour was totally worth the cost and we had a fantastic time! Thank you! The amount you learn on one of these trips is incredible. Our guide Gwen was like a storyteller weaving together aspects of history, ecology, biology and nature conservancy. It is evident the passion Eco Tour Adventures has for the area and... their desire to share that passion with others. Our little group did the full day winter experience and I can't get over how much we saw and learned. Read full review

Is this a bus style tour. In other words how many steps to get from ground to inside vehicle. 06/20/2017 23:51:02

Dear Sharon,

Thank you for your interest at Tours4fun.

Please note that the transportation for this tour is an air-conditioned tour coach. It will depend on the enrollees for the tour on your tour, the might be using a large bus if the signup is high.

The steps will be standard for the bus and coach, it would take around 4 to 5 steps for you to get in from the stairs for the tourist buses and shorter for the coach.

You can leave us a note when you process your tour online if you have some additional questions or query when you book your tour.
