On the Canadian side of the Niagara River, the Wet Jet Tour departs daily out of Niagara-on-the-Lake ON from May until Mid-October. As well, we depart from Niagara Falls ON from mid June through to Labour Day (Canadian Holiday the first Monday in September). We also depart daily from the United States side of the Niagara River out of Lewiston NY from mid June through to Labour Day. After Labour Day, we depart on a limited basis and weekends. Passengers are provided with all the necessary gear to keep you as comfortable as possible, in no way shape or form will the gear keep you from getting absolutely soaked. Passengers will receive a certified life jacket and a set of aqua socks (you can wear your own shoes or sandals as long as the sandals have a strap that wraps around your ankle). As the weather dictates, we will provide everyone with a sweater, a splash suit and a poncho; we have sizes that fit almost all types and ages. You can commemorate your Wet Jet experience with our photo program. On every trip, we will take a photo or your group as well as a real time action shot of your trip. Don't forget to head to the River Shop after your tour to view your photos and our exclusive branded apparel. Get ready to Hydrate your Senses. Special Notes
- We do ask all of our guests to arrive at your departure location at least 45 minutes prior to your departure time.
- Passengers must be at least 6 years of age and 44 inches tall.
- All guests must be on site 45 minutes prior to your departure time.
- Passengers under the age of 16 must travel with someone 18 or older.
- We do not reserve specific seats for any wet jet departure.
- Passengers are allowed to bring a hat, glasses & water proof cameras. There is minimal storage on the jet boats.
- You will absolutely get soaked, so bring a change of clothes.
Reservation Process and E-Ticket
1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
