This tour includes All Loop Tour Plus a choice of ticket for the ferry to Statue of Liberty/Ellis Islands Or 1 hour cruise Plus a choice of admission ticket to the Empire State Building Observatory or Top of the Rock Observation Deck. Tickets for the ferry and for the Empire State Building Observatory/ Top of the Rock Observation Deck can be used at any time during the stay or visitors may use the Downtown Loop to hop-on and hop-off at Battery Park (embarkation point for ferry to Liberty/Ellis islands) and at the Empire State Building/ Rockefeller Center; visits are not guided. At holiday times and in summer, clients should allow at least 2-3 hours if visiting only Statue of Liberty and 3-4 hours if visiting both Statue and Ellis Island. By purchasing ferry ticket in advance, clients will save time by not having to stand in line at ticket booth but they must still wait on line to board ferry. Ferry departs from Battery Park (one of the stops on the Downtown loop) approx. every 20 minutes between 9:00am and 3:45pm in spring, summer and autumn; less frequency in winter. First stop is Liberty Island, second stop is Ellis Island, then ferry returns to Battery Park. Special Notes
- You have to go to the Visitor Center (777 8th Avenue) to exchange voucher for boarding passes 30 min prior to the departure time, and only then you can proceed to participate your tour.
- Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.
Reservation Process and E-Ticket
1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
