Loved the experience, made me proud to be a Canadian. We have some many beautiful wonders in this country. Riding through the mountains, visiting lakes and falls and the charming towns added to the experience. The hosts, Christopher and Ian.. were awesome. They were a great team with a wealth of information. The group was friendly and a joy to be with. Overall, some great memories.Read full review

Covers all the key attractions. Our tour group was about 22 people and was the perfect size. The hotels were also great.
The views and breakfast at the top of Sulphur Mountain (included as part of tour) was a highlight! Would also recommend.. doing the optional Athabasca Glacier excursion. Our tour guide and driver were superb! Five out of five tour!Read full review
Driver Will and guide Kira were the best. They were professional and went beyond to make the tour fabulous! Hotels were top notch and the bus ride very comfortable especially for my very tall husband. We are so glad that we choose this tour.. over the Rocky Mountaineer train. There was a great mix of people. Couples and solo travelers alike.Read full review

I enjoyed the tour thoroughly! Well organized days, friendly staff, good hotels, clean buses, beautiful scenery, lots of sightseeing stops, and good food. Its worth the money you pay and then some. There was some (expected) drama around sea..ting in the bus… apparently everyone wanted to sit at the front of the bus. I wish the tour guide had made some pre-announced seating assignments for the passengers, things got a little tense on the last day with some groups on the tour. All I cared about was getting a window seat and there were plenty of those available.Read full review
I was glad Phillip of Ctour was our driver and tour guide. He exceeded our expectations. Half of our group is English speaker and half Chinese. Phillip took time to guide our group in both languages. He is a good driver and was very ef..ficient to make sure we got to see all the sights. The food was great. Thanks PhillipRead full review
This tour was near the end of the season. There weren't many of us on this day trip (may be 9). We travelled in a cramped 16 seater (not a typical 2x2 layout) which had barely any leg room. Luckily I was able to move to a better seat to str..etch my legs. The tour was as described with the exception that we only got 2.75hrs at the icefield rather than 3.5. So what could have been better?
Well, as we arrived the trip to the transfer to the glacier was in 15mins. This meant no time to do anything other than use the washroom. On our return we immediately got on to another bus to travel to the skywalk. The gap should have increased to give guests a chance to get a light lunch at the centre. Once the skywalk was over we travelled back to Calgary. Again, no chance to grab a light bite or visit the displays at the centre. The host was eager to get going and would only allow us to use the washroom. I am fortunate that I am bilingual so can understand the host but someone who only understood english would possibly struggle on this occasion.Read full review
The tour was pretty good and the sights were really beautiful. The sight seeing portion was very well managed. We only missed peyto lake as the road was shut down. Our guide, Jesse was very good and managed our group well. The weather on ou..r third day was a bit of a downer with rain and snow but Jesse tried his best to keep us entertained and showed us some additional spots.
The lunches were okay. The first day's lunch was at chateau lake louise and it was very good. The other three days were okay. It is not a good option if you don't eat pork or beef(like me). But enough time was given to the group to be able to find lunch on your own(1-1.5 hours). The Columbia icefield discovery centre restaurant was really crowded. That's the only day on which finding lunch would have been time taking.
My only complaint is the seat allocation in the bus. It would be good if the seat numbers can be assigned beforehand(as it was done on other tours like the Montreal Quebec tour) Otherwise people were scrambling about the bus putting their stuff on the seats to reserve the seats for their group and there were people who took up two seats by themselves; which meant people like me who aren't good at rushing into the bus and reserving the seat had to sit away from my group.Read full review

It could have been nicer on our 3rd or 4th day if we have stayed in Banff, It was a waste of time traveling back to Calgary for 1.5 - 1.45 minutes a day before and after before we gets to our destination. I feel like we spend so much time ..riding in the bus.Read full review

This was a terrible experience. I would never book with Tours4fun again. They subcontracted me to a local Calgary tour company that caters for Chinese and the tour was in mandarin, Cantonese and broken English. I was unable to talk to anyon..e or make friends and could hardly understand what was being said. It was a lonely and uncomfortable experience and when I bought it to the attention of tours4fun they simply replied that they are allowed to subcontract as it is in the terms and conditions fineprint. I will never book with this company again. The accomodation in calgary is under renovation and terrible!Read full review
The places visited were great but I felt rushed. I think the tour needs to be for 1 week not 4 days to allow enjoyment and appreciation of sites visited.
Accommodation, transportation was basic and could be improved.
The tour guide was gr..eat, accepting of difference in people and knowledgeable.Read full review
