We visited the end of June and were so glad we did. We have passed by several years not wanting to pay the cost of tickets. I actually purchased tickets this year for half price through Groupon. I was so glad we did. It was a very neat expe...rience. My daughter enjoyed making a wax duplicate of her hand. The staff was great and I recommend it to anyone. Read full review
Madame Tussauds is a wax museum, so it's important to keep in mind that this experience is what you make of it. As a teacher, the opportunity to take pictures, which is encouraged, with each of the presidents can provide for a fabulous expe...rience in my classroom. We paid for the guidebook, which has great facts that I can use in my classroom as well. In addition, I love that there are opportunities for props in some parts, and that the figures are really set up to take some hilarious pictures. My husband and I were there for quite some time, and found it to be a quite enjoyable experience, but if you just want to see the figures and walk through, it will go by quick, it is about making your own experience. We also loved the White House photo opportunities. An experience I can really extend beyond our visit, into my classroom and into picture frames that will provide laughs for years to come. Although it's a little pricey to enter it was fun walking through seeing the realistic looking people. The most fun was posing with your favorite stars and sending them to friends for laughs. It's not very big but is nicely done. We were gl...ad we paid the fee and went in as we almost didn't because of the price. Read full review
