This tour takes you to the 900-year-old monastery Klosterneuburg. Here you can visit the abbey with one of Europe’s largest 17th century organs and the treasury chamber. The monastery offers many different guided tours, such as the especially delightful wine cellar tour.
The Essl Museum is also situated in Klosterneuburg, which has one of the biggest collections of modern art in Austria. It exhibits paintings by Hermann Nitsch, Maria Lassnig, Oskar Kokoschka, as well as photographs and audio installations.

The starting point is at the magnificent Vienna State Opera, directly at our Hop-On, Hop-Off stop no. 1. From here we stroll through the city centre of Vienna. On every corner a tourist attraction awaits to be discovered. For example, the Hotel Sacher, whose founder invented the delicious Sacher cake, the Spanish Riding School with its famous white Lipizzaner horses, the Imperial Crypt, the last resting place of the Habsburg dynasty, or the impressive St. Stephan's Cathedral. Also on our route is the lively Graben with the historic Plague Column.
